1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the Sapiore browser extension or visiting sapiore.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Sapiore.
2. Description of Service
Sapiore is a browser extension that provides one click AI powered grammar correction across any text field on the web. The service processes your selected text through our secure edge infrastructure and returns grammatically corrected output in real time.
3. Account and Authentication
You may create an account using Google authentication via Supabase Auth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Pricing and Payments
Sapiore offers a free tier with limited daily usage and paid plans (Pro and Lifetime) with expanded limits. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and may be updated at any time with reasonable notice.
5. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on any paid plan including the Pro monthly subscription and the Lifetime plan. We strongly recommend using our free tier to evaluate the product before upgrading.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service by attempting to reverse engineer, exploit, or overload our infrastructure. Automated abuse, scraping, or reselling access to Sapiore is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. Unlimited plans are subject to a Fair Use Policy to prevent automated abuse, capped at 1,500 requests per day.
7. Service Availability
Sapiore is provided on an as available basis. We strive for maximum uptime through our globally distributed Cloudflare Worker infrastructure and triple model fallback chain, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sapiore is provided as is without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, errors in grammar corrections, or service downtime.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of Sapiore after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
