1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sapiore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use our service.

2. Service Description

Sapiore is a platform that enables users to deploy and manage autonomous AI agents. We provide:

  • Infrastructure for deploying AI agents
  • Access to various AI models
  • Server resources (RAM, vCPU, storage)
  • Integration with Telegram and other platforms
  • Billing and credit management

3. Account Requirements

To use Sapiore, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Payment Terms

Credits: Sapiore operates on a prepaid credit system. You purchase credits that are consumed based on your agent's resource usage.

Pricing: Hourly rates are displayed transparently on the deployment page and are charged based on actual usage.

Billing: Credits are deducted automatically as your agents run. You'll receive notifications when your balance is low.

Refunds: Credits are generally non-refundable. In cases of service outages or billing errors, we'll credit your account appropriately.

Fees: All prices are in USD. Payment processing fees may apply and are handled by Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Sapiore to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Deploy malicious code, spam, or phishing attempts
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Distribute illegal content or content that violates third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use the service for cryptocurrency mining
  • Resell or redistribute our service without permission

6. User Content and Data

Your Content: You retain ownership of your agent configurations, Telegram tokens, and any data you provide.

License: You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide the service (e.g., storing your config to deploy agents).

Responsibility: You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content, tokens, or third-party services you integrate.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
  • Experience unexpected downtime
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Implement usage limits to ensure fair resource allocation

8. Intellectual Property

Sapiore Platform: All rights, title, and interest in the Sapiore platform, including our code, design, and branding, belong to us.

OpenClaw: OpenClaw is an open-source project. Its license terms apply separately.

AI Models: AI model providers retain ownership of their models. Usage is subject to their terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Sapiore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We're not liable for agent behavior, actions, or outputs
  • We're not responsible for data loss (maintain your own backups)
  • We're not liable for third-party service failures (AI models, Telegram, etc.)
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months
  • We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sapiore harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your agents' actions or outputs
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination

By You: You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason with reasonable notice.

Effect: Upon termination, your agents will be stopped, and data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with Sapiore, please contact us first at support@sapiore.com to resolve it informally. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

14. General

  • Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sapiore
  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in effect
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right
  • Assignment: You may not transfer your rights; we may assign ours
